These are amazing! Great job, Ashley! I’m very curious about coyote milk! In fact, I wonder if it’s the future of alternative milks in Los Angeles, since we do have a coyote problem and taking their milk (with consent and compensation) and serving that milk at the hippest LA coffee spots seems like a coyote solution.
Re: chipotle I can confirm that the hardest part of the job is dealing with asshole customers. A few weeks ago, I witnessed two chipotle employees work together on a monster roll, but the customer wasn’t happy so they did it again. And then a third time. Then he mocked them and left the store without paying. The whole thing felt like a setup, like the guy went there to order an impossibly large burrito, then shit talk the chipotle employees.
