I LOVE this idea of scenius and the reminder that good work doesn’t get created in a vacuum. Just like the good works we admire and enjoy are the final product of hundreds of unseen bad drafts. Something else I always seem to forget....
Oh yeah, that's such a good reminder! I always find myself thinking "I know other writers always say that their first drafts are garbage, but they can't be THIS level of garbage" and then I realize everyone feels like that
have you ever thought about starting a podcast called "dinner with my parents," where you invite comedians to be on a show but there is no show, only your parents, and then see which ones, like jo, ask if they can stay and eat dinner with your parents?
Oh, God, the onion! I’ve traveled a lot during my book career. I have my versions of onion stories, too! Great story you tell. Do you think of that onion whenever you see any onion?
Excellent observation!
Thanks Bill! Excellent comment!

HAHAHA! Myq that's a great idea for a podcast! Unfortunately, knowing my family and how we like to talk, every episode would be 7 hours long
fair point! even better, each dinner is ONE SEASON of the podcast!

100% I think about it every single time I see a red onion
Hahahah! Awesome!
