dear chris,

delightful as always, thank you for sharing!

i particularly love and relate to THIS sentence/sentiment:

"I’m an athlete pushing my body to its maximum capacity but the only parts of my body that move are my fingers on the keyboard."

love from your keyboard athlete brother,

myq

Thank YOU, Myq! *cinematic training montage of you and me both preparing for our olympic event, but it's just our fingers typing on the keyboard and speaking into microphones*

Hello fellow procrastinator! You are not alone!

As a joke, I almost didn't write back to this comment for weeks, but then I realized that's only a joke that I would know I was making so here I am, right on time. Change is possible!

Going through archives I recently read your beautiful full interview with Jennifer Mills. You talked a lot about your process and the benefit of self imposed deadlines (and procrastinating within those self imposed deadlines). Checking back in with your own insights might be helpful with the book process.

You got this!

This was great, Chris! Maybe during your next procrastination session you can get to the bottom of why the publishing industry remains devoted to MS Word.

[He stabs me in the hand with a paper clip]

"Next time, I won't be so friendly..."
